Asia-Netherlands Virtual Learning Weeks 2021

A very warm welcome to

the Asia-Netherlands Virtual Learning Weeks 2021

Introduction

Learning weeks are a proven concept to exchange knowledge between like-minded professionals. Since 2012, Netherlands Water Partnership and the Asian Development Bank have been working together on this, stimulating interaction on water themes between Asia en the Netherlands. We are very pleased that you have joined us.

Learning weeks are organised annually based on a specific theme to stimulate dialogue and knowledge sharing between experts, policy makers, and practitioners from the Asia-Pacific region and The Netherlands. It provides a venue for an intensive programme focusing on how to leverage results from collaborative approaches in water investment for countries, cities, river basins and deltas.

Theme and Topics

This year the 8th Asia-Netherlands Water Learning Weeks will take place. It focuses on the theme "Water qualityā€¯. Within this theme, the following topics will be discussed: Water quality governance (policies and translation into implementation); finance for water quality, innovative approaches and (hi-)technological solutions for water quality management; organisational knowledge models, and exchange of good practices.

We hope that you have an inspirational week!
